In the table, you can see the messages the users submitted.

| Column | Description |

| ID | The ID of the message. Click the ID to open the Feedback Message Details dialog box to view the feedback the user submitted. |
| Login | The user who submitted feedback. |
| Date | The date when feedback was submitted. |
| Found Answer | An indicator of whether the user found the answer to the question. The options are Yes, No, and Unsure. |
| Score | A number (from 1 to 10) that indicates the user's level of satisfaction with the system. A higher number represents greater satisfaction. |
| Summary | The message the user left. |

| A user found what she had been looking for | An indicator of whether the user found the answer to his or her question. |
| Overall satisfaction with Self-Service Portal | A number that indicates the overall user satisfaction with the Self-Service Portal, from 1 to 10. |
